Designated Associates are the of the providers for Merseyside & Cheshire Areas and cover both Group and one to one mentoring support. The main purpose of the programme is to help build a whole new mentoring culture in the North West, focusing on the development of leaders and senior managers in SMEs.

Receiving Mentoring can be completely free, providing a business meets the eligibility criteria. A person is matched with a suitable mentor that can give them the motivation to build on business success and/or provide the advice and support from those who have owned their own business and been there before.

On the other hand if you have experience, knowledge and wisdom that you can share and want to give something back to your local business community, then why not become a business mentor? It is completely voluntary role; however, travel expenses are reimbursed. The programme is striving to achieve a gold standard in ISMPE for mentoring. This is a great standard to be associated with and to deliver under.
